Lazeez Shawarma operates a quick-service restaurant business. Our Website provides information about our menu, locations, franchise opportunities, and related services, and directs customers to third-party platforms for online ordering. Our Website does not itself accept orders or process payments. The following describes how key functions operate:

• Online ordering. You cannot place orders directly through our Website. When you select “Order Now,” you are redirected to an online ordering platform operated by PAR. Online ordering, customer accounts, logins, customer profiles, and order history are handled through PAR and Punchh, not through our Website.

• Pickup and delivery. The PAR online ordering platform supports both in-store pickup and delivery. Delivery is fulfilled through Uber Direct.

• Payment. Our Website does not collect or process payment. Payments are handled through the PAR platform, with Fiserv as the payment processor.

• Mobile application. We promote the Lazeez Shawarma mobile application, which is connected to Punchh and PAR.

When you use these third-party platforms and applications, your use is governed by the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third party. See Third-Party Platforms and Websites below.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. All such modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and continued use of the Website. You agree to periodically review these Terms and Conditions so that you are aware of any modifications, and your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of them. The information and material on this Website may be changed, withdrawn, or terminated at any time in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Website is restricted to users or unavailable at any time or for any period.

You may use the Website for personal and non-commercial use only. We have no obligation to monitor the Website, but we may do so. This section describes the terms that apply to ordering food from Lazeez Shawarma in connection with our Website.

You cannot place orders directly through our Website. The “Order Now” button redirects you to the PAR online ordering platform. When you place an order, you are doing so on a third-party platform that is subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy practices, which may apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

The PAR online ordering platform supports in-store pickup and delivery. Delivery is fulfilled through Uber Direct. Pickup and delivery availability may vary by location, time, ordering platform, and fulfillment method.

Our Website does not collect or process payment. Payments are handled through the PAR platform, with Fiserv as the payment processor. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

Menu items, pricing, taxes, fees, promotions, availability, hours, pickup availability, and delivery availability may vary by location, time, ordering platform, and fulfillment method, and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our Website is accurate, but we do not warrant that menu, pricing, or availability information is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

Once an order has been submitted, you cannot cancel it yourself through the Website.If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact the restaurant or location you ordered from directly. The applicable franchisee or location may cancel the order if operationally possible, depending on timing and whether preparation has started. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be accommodated.

Refunds are handled at the franchisee store level and are subject to the applicable location’s review, approval, and platform or payment process. Except as required by applicable law, refunds are provided at the discretion of the applicable location in accordance with the terms below.

If you enter an incorrect delivery address, or if you do not pick up your order, we will not issue a refund. This is because the applicable location has already prepared the food, and the issue resulted from information you provided or from your failure to pick up the order. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an item is missing from your order or you receive an incorrect item, please submit a complaint through our Website. Lazeez Shawarma or the applicable location will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable process. If you choose to deal directly with the franchise location instead, any resolution applies only to the location you ordered from and does not apply across the brand.

Delivery delays involving Uber Direct or other delivery services are generally outside our direct control. If you submit a complaint regarding a delivery delay, we can review the matter and assist as appropriate.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we or the applicable location may contact you to offer advise. If a change is required, the order may be cancelled where operationally possible, and you may place a new order. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances and the applicable store or platform workflow.

Our kitchens may handle common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, and shellfish, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from any particular allergen. If you have a food allergy, sensitivity, or dietary restriction, you should contact the applicable restaurant location before ordering to discuss your needs. You are responsible for determining whether a menu item is suitable for you.

Franchise Inquiries Submitting a franchise inquiry through our Website does not create a franchise relationship, does not guarantee approval, and does not create any binding obligation on the Company. Any franchise opportunity remains subject to our review, applicable disclosure documents, applicable franchise laws, and executed legal agreements. Catering Inquiries Catering inquiries submitted through our Website are inquiries only and are not confirmed catering orders. Catering is confirmed only once the Company or the applicable store confirms availability, pricing, timing, and any required payment or deposit process.
